This storage serves system-related (smooth operation, security) and statistical purposes. We cannot assign this data to any individual. This data is not merged with other data sources, and the data is deleted after statistical analysis.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
We also use the analysis program Google Analytics to analyze the collected data in a graphically enhanced, prepared form (see 4.2 Google Analytics).

During data transmission, the connection is encrypted using SSL (https). This protects your data from unauthorized access.
1.2 Protection of minors
Our services are not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect or store data from minors. Persons under the age of 16 may not submit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or guardians.
2. Cookies
Our website uses so-called "cookies." They are designed to make our service more user-friendly and effective.
Own Cookie
We use a cookie to hide the "cookie message" on the page you first visit for the duration of your session after you have acknowledged it. When you close your browser (IE, Chrome, Firefox, etc.), the cookie is deleted. We will set another cookie if you use the "opt-out function" to deactivate Google Analytics (see section 4.2).
External Cookies
Google also sets cookies (see section 4.)
3. Contact form, booking request, voucher order
The data you enter will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry or contacting you. Your data will be deleted after your inquiry has been processed, unless we are legally obligated to retain it (e.g., for a subsequent booking, voucher purchase).
4. Google
We use the following Google services on our websites: Google Analytics and YouTube. When you access the respective page/function, data is transferred to Google. For information on how Google processes your data, please see Google's privacy policy.
4.1 Youtube
Clicking on the preview image establishes a connection to the YouTube server and loads the video. We use the enhanced privacy mode for the integration. If you are logged in to YouTube, YouTube assigns the information to your user account.
4.2 Google Analytics
"This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, Google will, however, shorten your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being saved by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.“
We use the Google function "_anonymizelp" to shorten the IP address. Google describes the function as follows: "The IP anonymization feature in Analytics sets the last octet of a user's IPv4 address and the last 80 bits of an IPv6 address to zero in memory shortly after they are sent to the Analytics data collection network for collection. In this case, the full IP address is never written to disk."
